Easy Split Screen

Remember when multiplayer games first appeared with their fixed split-screen views? One fixed horizontal line or one fixed vertical line.  It served a purpose but was static.

Let's introduce a dynamic element and shake things up! How about a split line that rotates to show you the direction of the other player/object?

As with all my Easy assets, ease of set-up is the foundation. Just add the included script to your main camera, drag the 2 objects you want to track into the Inspector slots and BOOM! You're done.

Sometimes referred to as Dynamic Splitscreen or Voronoi Splitscreen, you can use this for multiplayer co-op games and also games where you (as the player) want to follow another object (like an enemy).

Easy Split Screen allows you to:
- Change the split activation distance between objects.
- Change the split line color.
- Set a specific split line width or dynamic width (based on object distances).
- Change the default x,y,z camera offset
- Toggle the effect at runtime.

NOTE:
- The effect currently works on Perspective cameras only.
- Built-in pipeline is supported. URP and HDRP  are not supported for this release.
